This may include your name, email address, username, profile details, pool settings, invite codes, entry names, predictions, bonus answers, scores, leaderboard activity, and related contest content.

We may also collect technical information such as device type, browser, pages visited, session data, cookies, local storage, and similar information needed to operate and secure the service.

We use information to provide Poolzar, authenticate users, manage pools and entries, calculate scores, show leaderboards, send account-related messages, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand usage trends and improve features without identifying you personally.

Poolzar may let users enter fee or prize information for display inside a pool, but Poolzar does not collect payment card, bank account, wallet, or payout account information for pool payments.

Poolzar does not collect payments, hold funds, process transactions, escrow money, distribute payouts, make payouts, or guarantee prizes. Any payments, collections, payouts, or private payment arrangements are handled outside Poolzar by the pool creator and members.

Pool and entry information may be visible to other users in the same pool or to visitors when a pool is public. Do not submit information that you do not want visible in those contexts.

We may share information with service providers that help us host, authenticate, secure, analyze, or support Poolzar. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information.

Poolzar may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect sessions, and understand how the service is used.

Your browser may let you block or delete cookies, but some parts of Poolzar may not work correctly without them.

You can update certain profile and account information in the product. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, and operational limits.

If you receive optional emails from us, you can follow the unsubscribe instructions in those messages. We may still send transactional or account-related messages.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Poolzar, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups and business records.

Poolzar is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
