Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Poolzar. By using Poolzar, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Poolzar on behalf of an organization or group, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization or group.

Poolzar helps users create and join prediction pools, submit World Cup picks, answer bonus questions, and follow scores and leaderboards.

You are responsible for your account, your activity, and the accuracy of information you submit. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not misuse Poolzar, interfere with the service, attempt to access accounts or systems without permission, scrape the service in a harmful way, or use Poolzar for unlawful activity.

Pool creators are responsible for the rules, eligibility, prize descriptions, fee descriptions, and administration of their own pools.

Poolzar may display user-entered fee and prize information, but Poolzar does not collect payments, hold funds, process transactions, escrow money, distribute payouts, make payouts, or guarantee prizes.

Pool creators and members are solely responsible for any payments, collections, payouts, tax obligations, eligibility decisions, and private arrangements related to their pools.

Do not use Poolzar for illegal gambling, unlawful wagering, or any contest that violates applicable laws or platform rules.

You retain ownership of the names, profile details, pool information, entries, picks, comments, and other content you submit.

You grant Poolzar permission to host, store, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate the rights of others or applicable law.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Poolzar at any time. We may also update scoring logic, integrations, availability, or product features as the service evolves.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk for others, or used Poolzar in a harmful or unlawful way.

Poolzar may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, data, analytics, email, or other services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Match data, rankings, schedules, and similar information may be provided by third parties or public sources and may contain delays, inaccuracies, or corrections.

Poolzar is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poolzar disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poolzar and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim relating to Poolzar will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use Poolzar in the three months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
